1. Non-Quality Related Returns

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

2. Lost or Defective Items

For lost shipments or items with confirmed quality issues (e.g., damage, manufacturing defects), we will either replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence (if applicable) to expedite resolution.

3. Wholesale/Bulk Orders

Returns are not accepted for wholesale or bulk orders unless there is a verified quality issue or defect. If you encounter a problem with a wholesale purchase, please contact our team at sales@yznbik.com within 30 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.
